2016 (Junior): Started four games and appeared in six contests at cornerback before missing a chunk of time to injury; missed final five games of the season … Finished the season with 14 tackles (10 solo), a forced fumble and one pass break up … Forced a fumble and recorded a pair of tackles at No. 2 Clemson … Broke up a pass and recorded four tackles in Troy’s win at Southern Miss and had a season-high five tackles against Georgia State
2015 (Sophomore): Excelled in his first season as a cornerback after making the move from wide receiver … Started 10 of Troy’s 12 games, missing two only due to injury … Finished the year with 34 tackles – 27 solo stops – to go along with a pair of tackles for loss, one sack, a fumble recovery and one pass break up … Posted a season-high five tackles against Idaho and UL Lafayette … Recorded a sack and four tackles at Appalachian State and recovered a fumble at Georgia State … Helped lead a Troy defense that was fifth-most improved unit in the country in yards per play allowed (-1.13), third-most improved in opponent 3rd down percentage (-14.62) and sixth-most improved in tackles for loss (2.59)
2014 (RS-Freshman): Played in all 12 games as a wide receiver before making the move to cornerback prior to 2015 spring practice … Finished the year with six catches for 58 yards … Had a season-high two catches for 19 yards in Troy’s victory over Georgia State … Also had catches against ULM, South Alabama and UL Lafayette; catch against the Cajuns went for a season-high 27 yards

High School: Named to the Dothan Eagle Super 12 Football Team his senior season after accounting for nearly 3,000 yards – he passed for 1,996 and rushed for 834 … Threw 17 touchdown passes and ran for nine more as a senior; set the Northview record for passing touchdowns in a season ... Rushed for 230 yards and passed for over 300 yards against Foley High School his senior year … As a junior, passed for 1,150 yards with 13 touchdowns in eight games … Finished his sophomore season with 245 yards rushing and two touchdowns to go along with 925 passing yards seven touchdowns … Also played basketball at Northview High School; averaged 12 points per game … High school teammate of former Troy wide receiver B.J.
