2020 (RS-Senior): Made his return after missing the majority of the 2019 season due to injury … Suffered a car accident in January before the season which required hip surgery, wasn’t cleared until two weeks before the season … Rushed for 277 yards and three touchdowns on 73 carries … Saw very limited action the final three weeks of the season following an injury in the second matchup with Middle Tennessee … Returned in style with 81 yards on just 10 carries plus a 19-yard reception in the season opener … Carried the ball 10 times for 62 yards and a touchdown in game two against Middle Tennessee … Troy’s fifth-leading receiver with 26 catches out of the backfield for 227 yards
2019 (Senior): Named the Sun Belt Preseason Offensive Player of the Year … Suffered a season-ending injury in the second game of the season … Redshirted … Rushed for 108 yards and a touchdown in the season opener against Campbell … Only recorded one carry against Southern Miss before the injury … The 100-yard game against Campbell was the sixth of his career
2018 (Junior): Named to the All-Sun Belt First Team … Led the Sun Belt in rushing yards following the regular season and finished one yard behind the league leader for the season … Ranked second in the league in rushing touchdowns (first among running backs) … Became the 10th 1,000-yard rusher in school history and finished with 1,186 rushing yards – the fourth most in a season in school history … Ranked sixth in a single-season in Troy history with 13 rushing touchdowns … His 91.23 yards per game ranked 34th nationally ... Became the first player in school history to rush for more than 100 yards in five straight games … Rushed for 170 yards on 22 carries in Troy’s victory in the “Battle for the Belt”; it was the 20th most rushing yards in a game in school history … Averaged 141.3 yards per game in October, the fifth most in the country … Also caught nine passes for 105 yards … Rushed for 103 yards on 10 carries against Coastal Carolina to help Troy set the school single-game record averaging 9.2 yards per carry as a team … Found the end zone twice in Troy’s victory at Nebraska and rushed 20 times for 93 yards in Troy’s Dollar General Bowl win over Buffalo
2017 (Sophomore): Saw action in 12 games with work on special teams and as a reserve running back … Carried the ball 27 times for 101 yards and two touchdowns on the season … Rushed for his first career touchdown against Georgia Southern … Had a career-high 12 rushing attempts for 41 yards and a score against Texas State … Rushed six times for 31 yards, including a season-long rush of 13 yards at Coastal Carolina … Returned a kickoff at Arkansas State and had one carry in the New Orleans Bowl … Also recorded a tackle against Texas State
2016 (Freshman): Played in all 13 games … Finished the season with 29 carries for 161 yards and four catches for 39 yards … Took over as Troy’s primary kickoff returner following an injury to Jabir Daughtry-Frye … Rushed a season-high 10 times at Texas State for 42 yards … Had a season-high 43 rushing yards on nine carries in the opener against Austin Peay; also had one catch for 10 yards against the Govs … Rushed twice for 20 yards, including an 18-yard rush, at Georgia Southern and had one catch for 13 yards … Took his first kickoff return of season 44 yards against Georgia State … Averaged 19.1 yards per kickoff return
High School: Rushed for 1,025 yards and 10 touchdowns on just 131 carries (7.8 ypc) his senior season at Stanhope Elmore High School … Also caught 18 passes for 195 yards and a pair of touchdowns … Earned first team all-county and all-metro honors … Named the team’s offensive MVP and a team captain … Rated as the 21st best all-purpose back in the country and one of the top 40 players in Alabama by 247 Sports … Earned all-metro honors following his junior season with the Mustangs
