Troy University Teammates Raise Awareness about Cancer (WTVY) Â How to Get Involved
The Troy soccer team announced on Tuesday that it has created a new initiative to help with teammate Kailani Decock’s battle with Hodgkin's lymphoma. #Project19 is centered on providing support and awareness for those who are battling lymphoma cancer.
During 2013, Troy’s soccer program will use the entire season to promote #Project19. Throughout the season, Troy soccer players along with all Troy student-athletes will wear special purple bracelets in honor of Decock, as well as host several events on Troy’s campus and in the community.
