Meet Information
Where: Troy University Trojan Oaks Golf Course (Lower Level)
Schedule of Events: 10:00 AM – Men’s 5km
10:30 AM – Women’s 2 mile
Course: The race course consists of three loops for the men and two for the Women. Each loop is flat with short grass and one steep hill, one concrete bridge (10m) and one gravel cart path (60m).

Check In: Lower Level of Troy University Golf Course - On Elm Street between College Dr. & George Wallace. All college coaches and individual/unattached athletes must check-in and pay at the administrative tent by 9:15 AM.
- All athletes must be at the start line 10 minutes prior to the start of their race for instructions

Entry Deadline: Entries must be received no later than Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at 5 PM CST.

- No High School Athletes will be allowed to participate in collegiate races per NCAA rules.
Entry Fee: $75 per team ($100 for men's & women's combined)
$20 per unattached/individual entries - NO High School athletes allowed!
Make checks payable to "Troy Track Foundation". Checks will be collected on-site on September 3. Checks may be mailed in advance to: Troy University Track and Field

Athletic Training: Will be located near the start/finish line and will be available for use throughout the collegiate events. Water will be provided.
Showers: There are NO shower facilities available. Please plan accordingly.
Restrooms: Port-o-johns will be available on-site.
Parking: NO BUSES will be allowed to park in the Softball/Tennis parking lot - IT IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR BUSES!
Buses will have a designated drop-off point and may park at Charles Henderson Middle School.
Cars and Vans may park off Elm Street in the softball/tennis parking lots or at the Middle School.
