Membership in the Trojan Wheels Car Dealer Program is open to car dealers who agree to provide quality vehicles to the Troy athletic department. The Director of Athletics will assign these vehicles to coaches or other staff members of the athletic department for department use.

Car Dealer Responsibilities
- Provide the athletic department with a quality vehicle of the dealer's choice
- Replace vehicle at the agreed upon time or mileage allowance
- Assist in servicing and maintaining at least expense and provide transportation in case of emergency repairs
- Furnish valid license plate for vehicle
- Check the condition of the vehicle being returned , before an exchange is made and to furnish the staff member with a list of repairs that he/she is responsible for
Athletic Department Responsibilities
- Keep vehicle clean at all times
- Never use spare tire unless in an emergency
- Service vehicle to manufacturer's specs and at dealer's service department
- Return vehicle promptly to the dealer at agreed upon time
- Take responsibility for all traffic and/or parking violations
- Return vehicle in good condition with reasonable wear
- Carry insurance coverage as agreed upon with dealer
