2023 Hercules Tires Sun Belt Championship Game Football Credential / Gameday Policies
The Troy Athletics Communications office will issue credentials to WORKING press only for games played at Veterans Memorial Stadium. Passes for spouses, children or friends will not be issued. The credentials are non-transferable. Any unauthorized use of a credential will result in the pass being revoked immediately.
Credential requests must be made online at TroyTrojans.com/credentials; requests via email will not be accepted.
The Veterans Memorial Stadium Press Box will open at noon and will close three (3) hours after the conclusion of the game. Media, including radio crews, needing earlier access MUST coordinate with Associate AD for Communications & Creative Content Adam Prendergast (adamp@troy.edu) by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29.
A pregame meal will be served beginning two hours prior to the game in the press box.
Credentials will be available for pick up at media will call (Ticket Office at Tine Davis Fieldhouse) during Friday’s media availability and beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday, media will call will shift immediately inside the double doors on the North end of the Hawkins Press Box Tower (5th Floor Elevator Entrance) at noon. The press box and photo work room will open at noon on gameday.
Photography Policies
Only photographers shooting for accredited media outlets or for participating institutions will be issued photo passes and allowed on the sidelines. Photographers wishing to go from one end of the field to the other MUST use the elevated track behind the Troy bench. There will be nobody permitted to pass behind the home OR visiting bench from field level.
Spaces have been reserved for working photographers to edit and transmit via high-speed internet connections on the fifth floor. The photo work area is located along the back wall of the main entry area of the press box and is available on a first come, first serve basis. An additional field level work area is located inside the Tine Davis Field House and seating will be first come, first serve.
Postgame Interviews
Both teams' postgame interviews will be held in the Football Team Meeting Room in the Tine Davis Fieldhouse, the losing team will go first and the winning team will follow. Both locker rooms are off limits to media at all times.
