2022 (Senior): Earned All-Sun Belt First Team honors for the third time in his career … Started all 14 games at left tackle ... Led the Trojans to a Sun Belt Championship, Cure Bowl title and final No. 19 ranking in the AP Top 25; Troy’s first-ever postseason ranking … Played all 917 offensive snaps ... 2021 (Junior): Named to the All-Sun Belt First Team … Became just the fifth two-time CoSIDA Academic All-American in Troy Athletics history … Finished third in the league among tackles (min 400 pass blocking snaps) with a 77.1 pass blocking grade per Pro Football Focus; ranked 13th among all tackles in the Group of Five … Not called for a penalty in a pass blocking situation all season; one of just 12 tackles in the Group of Five to not be called for a passing penalty all season … Earned a 100 percent efficiency grade from Pro Football Focus for the Southern Miss, Georgia Southern and South Alabama games – all Troy victories … Did not allow a sack in 8-of-12 starts
2020 (Junior): Named to the All-Sun Belt First Team … Started 10 games at left tackle … Ranked fifth nationally with an 85.6 pass blocking grade (min. 400 pass blocking situations) … Among offensive tackles with at least 400 pass blocking snaps, fourth with a 98.6 efficiency rating, which takes into account pressures and sacks allowed – allowed just two sacks, one hit, eight hurries and 11 pressures in 451 pass blocking situations … Called for just one penalty in 742 total snaps … Key starter on an offensive line that ranked second nationally per PFF with a 93.0 pass blocking efficiency rating (teams at least 300 pass attempts) … Allowed just two pressures over the final five games of the season … Troy’s highest-graded offensive player per PFF … Played 742 snaps in his 10 games
2019 (Sophomore): Named to the All-Sun Belt Team as an honorable mention selection after starting all 12 games at left tackle … Played 816 snaps … Allowed just two sacks and five hits in 534 pass block situations … Called for just three penalties over the course of the season … Leader on a Troy offensive line that paved the way for an offense that topped the 500-yard mark in total offense on six different occasions to tie the program’s DI record and scored 35-plus points eight times; the second most in program history and fourth most in Sun Belt Conference history
2018 (RS-Freshman): Played 745 total snaps at left tackle and graded as Troy’s top pass blocker by Pro Football Focus with an 86.5 rating … Allowed just one sack, seven pressures, four hurries and two hits all season … Graded out at 93 with four great blocks and two knockdowns in Troy’s win at Nebraska … Recorded a 90 or better grade in eight different games with a high of 98 at South Alabama with four great blocks
2017 (Freshman): Did not see game action ... Redshirted
High School: Named to the Alabama Sports Writers Association Alabama 5A All-State First Team following his junior and senior seasons at Russellville High School … Helped lead the Golden Tigers to a 9-3 record and a trip to the second round of the Alabama 5A Playoffs as a senior … Started all 12 games at left tackle and was the key blocker for an offense that averaged 32 points per game and had a 1,383-yard rusher … Also earned all-area honors and was named team captain … Three-year starter for the Golden Tigers … Also a four-year starter at center on the basketball team; averaged 10.3 points and 7.6 rebounds as a junior to earn all-region honors … Member of the track & field team
