2015 (Junior): Became the first player in Troy’s FBS history to return two fumbles for a touchdown in a single-season; returned one 17 yards for a score at UL Lafayette in the season finale and one for 19 yards against Georgia Southern … Helped Troy rank third nationally with five defensive touchdowns on the year … Started all 12 games at spear and finished seventh on the team with 45 tackles to go along with two tackles for loss, one sack, four pass break ups and a forced fumble … Recorded four or more tackles in seven different games and averaged 4.8 stops over the final five games of the year … Recorded a season-high six tackles in the victory at UL Lafayette … Had at least two tackles in all 12 games … Recorded three tackles, a sack and a pass break up at New Mexico State … Helped lead a Troy defense that was fifth-most improved unit in the country in yards per play allowed (-1.13), third-most improved in opponent 3rd down percentage (-14.62) and sixth-most improved in tackles for loss (2.59)
East Mississippi CC: Earned first team NJCAA All-America honors as a sophomore after finishing 13th in the country with five interceptions from his linebacker spot; returned two of his five interceptions for touchdowns and finished the year with 168 interception return yards ... Finished the year with 55 tackles, six tackles for loss, a fumble recovery and three pass break ups to help lead the Lions to a perfect 12-0 record and second straight NJCAA National Championship ... As a freshman, finished with 63 tackles (second on the team), five tackles for loss, two sacks and three interceptions for a defense that held opponents to just 9.8 points, 142.1 yards of total offense and 59.2 rushing yards ...
