Women’s Tennis Prepares for Home Debut

TROY, Ala. – After splitting their opening weekend, the Troy women's tennis team looks to bring its winning ways to the Lunsford Tennis Complex. Troy will be making their spring season's home debut against the Bethel Wildcats.
In its last matches, Troy opened the season by falling to UNF but bounced back by defeating Stetson. The Trojans tested their opponents limits with both matches ending, 4-3. Against UNF and Stetson the likes of Leena Metwally, Valeriia Avdeeva and Maria Guirguis had success in singles play.
Friday's action marks Bethel's first match of the spring season. Play is set for Friday, January 30 at 11 a.m.
