T-Day Football Spring Game and Events set for Fun Filled Saturday, April 12 at The Vet

In partnership with The Vance Law Firm, the T-Day game will kickoff at 2 p.m. with free admission for all fans. The day starts at 11 a.m. with Troy's annual Lunch with Legends featuring Richard Shaughnessy, Lawrence Tynes, DeWhitt Betterson, Sr. and Corey Robinson.

The free Youth Football Clinic presented by Troy Regional (all children aged 5-12) takes place on Larry Blakeney Field at noon and will run until 1 p.m. with check-in at Gate 1 (South Concourse), beginning at 11:15 a.m. The youth football clinic will feature drills and instruction from head football coach Gerad Parker, members of the coaching staff and players.

The day follows with the Troy Athletics Yard Sale, which begins at 1 p.m. and goes until halftime. The yard sale takes place on the West Concourse of 'The Vet' and will feature jerseys from football and other sports, helmet decals, shirts, shorts, pants, hoodies, shoes, cleats and more.

With The Vance Law Firm headlining the event, prizes will be awarded throughout the spring game as we "Dial 3 to Win" for fans. Prizes throughout the game include:

End of First Quarter
- 3 – Three winners of three pregame sideline passes to the season opener vs. Nicholls State
- 3 – Three winners of three pregame sideline passes to Sept. 13 vs. Memphis
- 4 – One winner of four sideline passes for the entire game on Oct. 4 vs. South Alabama in the 'Battle for the Belt.'

Halftime – Trojan Triple Threat – Three Minutes to Win It
- One Fan will have a chance to win three (3) lifetime season tickets plus an invitation to AD's Suite for the season opener if they can complete these three items
  - 3 – Three Troy football trivia questions
  - 3 – Three 10-yard passes or have a player complete three 30-yard passes
  - 3 – Kick three extra points or have a player hit three 30-yard field goals

End of Third Quarter
- 3 – 33-Yard Dash
  - First Place – Three stadium club tickets for Oct. 4 vs. South Alabama
  - Second Place – Adidas shoes
  - Third Place – Troy football gear
- 3 – Hot Dog Eating Contest
  - First Place – Three stadium club tickets for the homecoming game on Nov. 1 vs. Arkansas State
  - Second Place – Adidas shoes
  - Third Place – Troy football gear
- 3 – Three winners of three pregame sideline passes to Oct. 25 game vs. Louisiana
- 3 – 3 winners of three pregame sideline passes to Nov. 22 game vs. Georgia State

The fun-filled day will conclude with softball's game against Georgia Southern at 4 p.m. at the Troy Softball Complex. Admission is free for all fans for all regular season Troy softball home games.

11 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Lunch with Legends
- The panel includes Richard Shaughnessy, Lawrence Tynes, DeWhitt Betterson, Sr. and Corey Robinson
- Tickets are $30 per person and include lunch

- Free event and open to kids ages 5 – 12

- All proceeds support travel abroad opportunities for Troy University student-athletes

2 p.m. – T-Day Kickoff
- Free admission for all fans
- Prizes from The Vance Law Firm at the end of the first quarter, halftime and end of the third quarter

4 p.m. – Softball vs. Georgia Southern
- Free admission
