TROY, Ala. – Troy junior Devonte Ross has been named the Sun Belt Conference Football Special Teams Player of the Week after returning a punt for a touchdown at Iowa over the weekend, the league office announced Monday afternoon. Additionally, the league office announced that Troy's game against ULM on Sept. 28 will kickoff at 6 p.m. on ESPN+.
