Troy Athletics Announces Fall Sports Fan Days, Football Fan Day Set for Aug. 17

TROY, Ala. – Troy Athletics Fan Day is back in 2024 with a new twist as Troy Volleyball and Troy Soccer will host their own Fan Day in conjunction with their home openers, while Troy Football will host Fan Day on Aug. 17 at The Vet.
Football Fan Day – Saturday, Aug. 17, 10 a.m.
Fans can meet the two-time defending Sun Belt Champions in The Vet on Saturday, Aug. 17, pick up a free copy of the official 2024 schedule poster, and enjoy free hot dogs, water and soft drinks.

- Troy Football will have a closed practice in the morning before opening the gates of The Vet for an open portion of practice beginning at 10 a.m. Fans can enter The Vet via Gate 7 and are encouraged to sit in the West stands. During the practice portion of Fan Day, fans are kindly asked to refrain from taking photos or videos of practice.
- The Trojans will practice until approximately 10:45 a.m. Following practice, fans will be invited to the field to visit with the coaches and student-athletes. Players will be split into position groups for fans to visit on the field and receive 2024 Troy Football schedule posters. Photography and videos are all encouraged during the fan day portion of the day.
- Beginning at 11 a.m., complimentary hot dogs, waters and soft drinks will be available in the West Concourse for fans to enjoy.
- Season ticket holders who qualified for this year's season ticket holder gift of a replica 2023 Sun Belt Championship Ring will be able to pick up their ring at the ticket sales table on the West Concourse. Fans who qualify will be contacted directly by the Troy Athletics Ticket Office later this week.
- The annual Football Kickoff Party will be held later that evening in Trojan Arena, beginning at 6 p.m., and a grand prize of $10,000 will be given away. Tickets can be purchased for $150 and admit two to the party. Tickets must be purchased in advance via TroyTrojans.com/KickoffParty or by contacting Judy Morgan at 334-670-3682 or jmorgan@troy.edu.
Soccer Fan Day – Thursday, Aug. 15, 6 p.m.
Troy Soccer hosts Eastern Washington to open the 2024 season on Thursday, Aug. 15, at 6 p.m. at the Troy Soccer Complex. Admission to all Troy Soccer matches is free. Following the match, fans will be invited down to the pitch to meet the Trojans and get their official 2024 Troy Soccer schedule poster autographed by the Trojans.
Volleyball Fan Day – Saturday, Sept. 7, 2 p.m.
Troy Volleyball hosts Cal Poly in the home opener on Saturday, Sept. 7, at 2 p.m. in Trojan Arena. The Trojans open the season the weekend prior, with matches against Maryland, New Hampshire and LSU before a mid-week battle at Auburn. Admission to all Troy Volleyball matches is free. Following the match, fans will be invited down to the court to meet the Trojans and get their official 2024 Troy Volleyball schedule poster autographed by the Trojans.
