Softball Letterwinners Weekend Announced for April 21-23

TROY, Ala. - Troy Athletics and T-Club Letterwinners Association has announced the dates for this year's Softball Letterwinners Weekend. Softball will welcome back all Letterwinners April 21 – 23 as the Trojans host Louisiana at the Troy Softball Complex.

Softball will celebrate its 30^th season of Division I play as part of Letterwinners weekend. The program is one of the Top 50 winningest softball programs in Division I with an overall record of 1,040-688-5 (.600). Over the 30 seasons, Troy Softball has over 20 All-Conference players, defeated over Twenty-Five Top 25 programs, won two conference championships, and made two NCAA Tournament appearances.

All returning Softball Letterwinners will receive a gift courtesy of the softball program and a commemorative 30th-anniversary poster celebrating the program's history. In addition, before Saturday's game, there will be an opportunity for all former players to have on-field interaction with the team. Immediately following, the hospitality area with complimentary food and beverages will open to all Letterwinners and guests.

Softball Letterwinners Itinerary

Friday, April 21^st
- 5 p.m. – Gates open
  - Free admission for all
- 6 p.m. – First pitch
Saturday, April 22^nd
- 1 p.m. – Check in and pick up a gift (softball is providing visors)
  - Join the team on the field before the game
  - Former players are encouraged to mingle and take pictures
- 1:30 p.m. – Patio/tent will serve as the main area for alumni
  - Complimentary food and beverages provided
- 1:38 p.m. – Alumni recognition
- 2 p.m. – First pitch
  - The patio/Tent will remain open with food and beverages
Sunday, April 23^rd
- 11 a.m. – Gates open
  - Free admission for all
- 12 p.m. – First pitch
