MACON, Ga. – Teams battled another tough day at the Brickyard Golf Club with elevated scores across the board. Troy shot its best round of the week in Tuesday's third round to finish in 11^th place overall while Nicole Lorup claimed her fifth top 10 finish in nine events on the season.

Lorup tied for 10^th place at 10-over par for the week after shooting a 5-over 77 in Tuesday's final round. For the week, Lorup tied for second in the field playing the par-4 holes to just 3-over par. The course played to an average score of 78.89 for the three rounds, while Tuesday's round had an average card of 78.67.

No. 26 UCF won the team title by 18 shots over Mercer while No. 34 Furman and Kennesaw State tied for third. Troy finished just a shot back of South Florida and picked up wins over rivals UAB and Middle Tennessee.

ShaeLee Scarberry climbed eight more spots up the leaderboard into a tie for 22^nd place following her second straight round of 3-over. She carded one birdie on the day on the par-3 No. 11. Anna Claire Little fired Troy's best round of the tournament with a 1-over 73 thanks to a pair of birdies; her final round tally boosted her 20 spots up the leaderboard into 44^th position.

Elisabeth Preus slid four spots back into a tie for 63^rd after a 10-over 82, Judith Castro finished 68^th after shooting an 86 and Elizabeth Caldarelli tied for 69^th place after a final round 85.

Next up for the Trojans is the Sun Belt Conference Championship which is set for April 18-19 at LPGA International in Daytona Beach, Fla.
