Cameron Kaye Named Third-Team All-American

TROY, Ala. – Troy senior long snapper Cameron Kaye has been named to the Special Teams U All-America Third Team, the website announced Tuesday, Kay is also a semifinalist for the Patrick Mannelly Award, which is presented annually to the nation's top long snapper.
Kaye, a five-year starter for the Trojans, has amassed more than 500 snaps in his Troy career and has a 99.8 percent success rate on his snaps on field goals, extra points and punts. Earlier this year, Kaye was selected to the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl Big Board, and he is expected to play in several postseason all-star games.
Kaye graduated from Troy cum laude with a degree in exercise science in May 2020 and is currently pursuing his master's degree in exercise science.
