Basketball Letterwinners Day Set for Jan. 15 Doubleheader

Troy will hold its annual Basketball Letterwinners Day for both the men's and women's programs on January 15, surrounding the basketball doubleheader in Trojan Arena.

The Trojan women host ULM at 2 p.m., followed by the men playing host to Georgia State. This date will also serve as the 30-year anniversary celebration of Troy's historic 258-point game record against DeVry University.

All returning basketball letterwinners can receive up to four complimentary tickets to the game and are invited to an exclusive reception with their families in between games. The Trojan Tailgaters, led by former Troy Football great Freddie Thomas, will provide the food for the reception.

Women's basketball letterwinners will be honored during the women's game. The returning men's basketball letterwinners, including the members of the 1992 squad responsible for the NCAA record, will be honored during the men's game.
