The Vet & Trojan Arena #LightItBlue for Front Line Workers

Troy Athletics joined collegiate and professional teams from across the country Thursday evening as part of the global #LightItBlue movement to support the men and women on the front lines of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The video boards and ribbon boards at both The Vet and Trojan Arena displayed the graphic below to show our support for all the health care and essential workers on the front lines. Additionally, the Power T on the back of the North End Zone scoreboard was also changed to blue.
The #LightItBlue and #MakeItBlue movement began last week in the United Kingdom as they lit major landmarks throughout the country in salute to their healthcare providers. The goal of this effort is to create a global expression of support and gratitude to the healthcare and essential professionals who are saving lives and stabilizing our society.
