TROY, Alabama – Troy fans can help make a difference in the Wiregrass community with the Community Hero Ticket Program for the 2019 football season.

For only $48, fans can purchase a Community Hero season ticket which will be donated to military, teachers, first responders, special needs organizations and charity programs for children to attend home football games this season at The Vet.

There is no limit on the number of Community Hero Tickets that fans can purchase as part of this program. Troy Athletics will work with local agencies and organizations, military bases and many more to distribute these donated tickets for all six home games this season.

"Our fans have demonstrated amazing generosity with the Community Hero Ticket Program," Interim Athletics Director Sandy Atkins said. "We were able to positively impact so many people last year with tickets to The Vet and in the process welcome new fans to the Trojan Family."

The Community Hero Ticket Program provides an opportunity for all Trojan fans to unite and give back to deserving groups within our community. The opportunity for these groups to attend these games, which in many cases they would not be able to attend on their own, will provide a lasting impression of the Troy University community with the individuals that benefit from this program.

Fans and companies or organizations who purchase 10 or more community hero tickets will also be recognized on the video board at The Vet throughout the upcoming season.
