Youth Cheer Clinic Slated for Homecoming Saturday

TROY, Alabama – The Troy University cheerleaders are hosting a youth clinic prior to Troy's Homecoming football game against Louisiana on Saturday, Nov. 3. The event is open to all children ages 3-12 and the cost is just $25.
The unique experience will allow participants to join the Troy Cheerleaders at Trojan Walk as they welcome the Trojans to the stadium and on the field prior to the game for a performance. A limited-edition cheer clinic T-shirt is also included for all participants in addition to professional instruction from the Troy cheerleaders.
In order to guarantee T-shirt availability at the clinic, registration must be completed by Sunday, Oct. 28. Registration after this time will result in T-shirt availability on a first-come, first-serve basis at the clinic or the option to have the T-shirt mailed at a later date.
On-site registration at Riddle-Pace Field begins at 10:30 a.m. through the Kid's Zone entrance in center field. The clinic will take place from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Riddle-Pace Field with Trojan Walk to follow at 12:15 p.m. in Tailgate Terrace.
Parents must pick up their children following Trojan Walk at 12:30 p.m. and meet at tunnel located by Tine Davis Fieldhouse at 1:30 p.m. to participate in the pregame performance. All participants and parents must have a game ticket to take part in the on-field performance, which is scheduled to begin at approximately 2 p.m. Kickoff between Troy and Louisiana is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
