Troy-Mississippi State Football to Be Televised on SEC Network

TROY, Alabama – Troy's non-conference matchup at Mississippi State on Oct. 10 will be televised by the SEC Network with kickoff scheduled for 3 p.m., the Southeastern Conference announced Monday.
The game, which is Troy's final non-conference contest of the season, marks the third time in the past four years that the two schools have played – Mississippi State played in Troy in 2012 and the Trojans made the return trip in 2013.
Troy hosts South Alabama on Saturday and the game has been dubbed a Blackout by Troy Athletics; kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. The first 10,000 fans in Veterans Memorial Stadium will receive an official Blackout T-shirt courtesy of Troy Athletics and Guardian Credit Union. Trojan Walk is scheduled to begin at 3:45 p.m. on the corner of University Avenue and George Wallace Drive and gates to stadium will open at 4:30 p.m.
Tickets for the South Alabama game can be purchased online at TroyTrojans.com, by visiting the ticket office in the Tine Davis Fieldhouse or by calling 877-878-WINS.
