Troy Announces 2013 Summer Camp Dates

TROY, Ala. – Troy softball head coach Melanie Davis announced the program's summer camp dates on Tuesday.
The program will hold three camps during the summer, with the Prospect ID Camp being held June 24-25. On June 26, the Trojans will host a Pitching ID Camp from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., while the Catching ID Camp will last from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The goal of the Troy Prospect Identification and Training Camp/ Pitching and Catching Camp is to provide an opportunity for high school aged players to train in an environment that will prepare them for college.
Players will be challenged both technically and tactically as well as be able to compete in game situations. The camp experience will also include a chance to discuss the college recruiting process and what it is like to be a student-athlete.
