Tournament starts in two weeks, kicks of the 2011 season

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - With the season two weeks away, each program in the state is gearing up for the kickoff at the Hibbett/Easton All-Alabama Classic to be held in Liberty Park.

With the start of the season, the Vestavia Parks and Recreation Department is urging fans of each school to purchase their tickets online before arriving at the event. There will be tickets at the event, but they are expecting long lines with all in-state schools playing in the tournament.

The tournament kicks off February 11 and runs through February 13 at Liberty Park in Birmingham, with the University of Alabama serving as the host.
