Trojans Softball Hits the Field Eight Times this Fall

The Sun Belt Conference Tournament Runner-up in 2010 plays three doubleheaders
TROY, Ala. – The Troy University softball program will hit the field this fall with eight games spread out over five days that cover two months.
The Sun Belt Conference Tournament runner-up a season ago begins their preparations for the upcoming spring season on September 24 with a doubleheader at the Troy University Softball Complex.
The Trojans take on Gulf Coast Community College at 4 pm, followed by a contest against Jeff State Community College at 6 pm.
After having five days off, the Trojans close out the month of September against Central Alabama Community College at 6 pm at the Softball Complex.
The month of October brings more games to the Troy University Softball Complex, as the Trojans hit the field five times over three days – playing two doubleheaders along the way.
They kick off the month of October against Darton College at 4 pm on October 8, followed by a contest against Faulkner State Community College on the same day at 6 pm.
Following a week off, the Trojans return to the field for their final doubleheader of the fall season. They will take on NWFSC beginning at 4 pm, followed by a contest against Chipola at 6 pm on October 15.
The final game of the fall begins at 5 pm on October 20 as the Trojans take on nearby Wallace-Dothan Community College.
