Trojans to Host Match on Sunday

TROY, Ala. ? The Florida A&M Rattlers of the Mid-Eastern Conference will visit the Lunsford Tennis Complex for a date with the Trojans on Sunday at 1 p.m.

After having their mid-week match cancelled due to three days of rain in the state, the Troy University men's tennis team will get back to action for the first time in over a week.

The Trojans were scheduled to play Southeastern Louisiana on Wednesday in Mobile, Ala., but the match was postponed until Friday. After the rain stuck around through Friday, the match was cancelled.

The Trojans will enter the match with a 2-9 record on the season with six of the losses coming against ranked teams.

The Trojans last took to the courts last weekend when they played three matches in Wilmington N.C. The weekend was highlighted by the Trojans defeating Missouri-Kansas City 7-0.
