Troy Faces Ninth-Ranked Ole Miss

“Our crowd support in the past has been excellent,” Ole Miss head coach Billy Chadwick said. “In fact, last year we finished top five in the country for attendance. This year's team is a great mix of proven veterans combined with talented newcomers. We would like to encourage all our fans to come out and get behind them.”
Troy (0-2) is led this season by Bastain Maucher, who picked up a pair of victories last week against Alabama on the road. Maucher won his match at number six singles and then teamed with Aurelien Tave to win at number three doubles. The Trojans will also look to singles players Branko Weber (number one), Benjamin Chomette (number three), and Mario Silva (number four) to provide spark and have a strong showing against one of the nation's best teams.
The Rebels are led by the nation's top-ranked doubles tandem of senior All-Americans Jonas Berg and Bram ten Berge. In addition to
Ole Miss, picked by the coaches to win the overall SEC Championship this year, is coming off a successful tournament at the SEC Indoor Championships. The Rebels had three players make the quarterfinals, with Britton reaching the semifinals.
