Trojans Set for Fall Exhibition

TROY, Ala.- Fans will get a chance to see the 2008 edition of the Troy University baseball team as they will be in action Sunday afternoon at the Charles Henderson High School baseball field as they face the Ontario Blue Jays.

“I know our guys are looking forward to playing this weekend,” head coach Bobby Pierce said. “They will be excited to play against somebody in another uniform other than themselves.”

The Ontario Blue Jays, are an 18-and under all-star team from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The team is on an extended tour of the southeastern United States en route to an 18-under wood bat tournament in Florida.

The game is scheduled for Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. and admission is free.
