Morales Wins Two at ITA All-American Championships

TULSA, Okla. - Senior Irving Morales won his first two matches in the pre-qualifying round at the 2006 Polo Ralph Lauren All-American Tennis Championships on Saturday.
Morales defeated Gabriel Loredo of Sacramento State, 6-4, 6-2 to begin the day and advance to the next round.
Morales then played Sergey Avdeyev of Oklahoma in the second round defeating him, 6-2, 2-6 and 6-1.
Morales will face Chris Racz of Tennessee on Sunday 12:30 p.m. at the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Okla. The winner of that match qualifies for the 2006 Ralph Lauren All-American Tennis Championships.
Sophomore Rawaii Elsisi defeated Kara Delicata of Michigan 7-6 (4), 6-1 at the ITA All-American Championships in Los Angeles at the Riveria County Club.
Elsisi then defeated Kelly Hyndman of Georgia 6-3, 6-1 to advance to the final round of pre-qualifying. Elsisi will play Meghan Falcon of LSU at 12 p.m. Sunday to qualify for the ITA All-American Championships.
