Trojans Top Georgia State, 6-1

The Panthers' team of Anne Breiholtz and Martina Nitkova came away with a 9-8 win in the No. 1 doubles position, but the Trojans (12-4) won in the Nos. 2 and 3 doubles spots to claim the doubles point.
Breiholtz defeated Rawiaa Elsisi, 6-4, 6-2, in the No. 1 singles position to give GSU its only point of the match. Tsitsi Masviba, Claudia Strauss, Annabelle Bares, Shamiaa Elsisi and Caroline Jouanin each won their matches in straight sets to give Troy the win.
The Trojans return to action on Wednesday when they host Birmingham-Southern.
