Trojans Ready for Meeting with UAB

TROY, Ala.- The Troy University softball team will travel to Birmingham, Ala., on Tuesday for a doubleheader match-up with in-state rival University of Alabama- Birmingham.
The Trojans lead the series between the two schools 6-2. Troy won the last meeting with the Blazers in 2005 by scores of 10-0 and 10-4.
The first pitch is set for 4 p.m. at George Ward Park on the campus of UAB. Internet connection is not available at the softball field so there will be no live stats for today's games.
