Duttlinger Advances to ITA Regional Main Draw

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Troy freshman Pasqual Duttlinger has advanced to the main draw of the ITA Southeast Regional tournament with two wins in the qualifying bracket on Thursday.

In the opening round, Duttlinger upset the top seed in the qualifying round, Florent Girod of Mississippi State, 6-0, 6-3.In the second round he defeated Nicholls State's Vlad Popa, 6-3, 6-1.

The wins put him in the main draw, where he will face Kiril Tcherveniachki of Tennessee at 8 a.m. on Friday.
