Troy Athletics Announces Pregame Social at Birmingham’s Regions Field April 13

TROY, Ala. – Troy Athletics, the Troy University Alumni Association and Troy Baseball are traveling to Regions Field in Birmingham on Tuesday, April 13, for a midweek tilt against UAB. In conjunction with the game, Troy will hold a pregame social in the Regions Field Party Suites and Party Deck for alumni and fans in the Birmingham area to attend; the social is set to begin at 5 p.m. with first pitch between the Trojans and Blazers scheduled for 6 p.m.
"Birmingham is an extremely important area with several of our alumni and fans in the area," Director of Athletics Brent Jones said. "We have seen tremendous success with events in this marketplace and look forward to the opportunity to partner with the Troy University Alumni Association to provide a great experience for our fans and enjoy an exciting night of Troy Baseball. The Birmingham Barons staff has been tremendous to work with in planning this evening."
Complimentary food and drinks will be provided for the first 75 Troy fans in attendance along with tickets to the game courtesy of the Troy University Alumni Association. Troy alumni and fans may pick up tickets at the Troy table located at the front of the facility and will be able to enjoy the game from two luxury suites and the overlooking party deck. Jones, members of the Athletics Department and the Troy University Alumni Association will be on hand to mix and mingle with fans.
Tickets for the game may also be purchased through the UAB Ticket Office. Adult general admission tickets are $10 each and youth tickets are $6 each.
