Troy Volleyball To Host Camps In July

TROY, Alabama – The Troy volleyball team announced on Tuesday a series of camps that will take place on July 13 and run through July 18 in Trojan Arena.

Each camp will be led by head coach Josh Lauer and the Trojan volleyball staff. Campers will get the opportunity to stay in the dorms on Troy's campus and use the same facilities the volleyball team uses.

Registration for the camps is now open with the first camps being the All Skills Camp and Team Camp on July 13-15. The cost for these two camps will be $300 for the session.

Other options available for attendees will be position camps on July 17 and 18. Attacking and serving will be the focus of the camp dates on July 17 while a passing and defense camp will be on July 18. The cost for these camps is $25.

The series of camps will be the first opportunity for athletes to work with Lauer, who is entering his first season at the helm of the volleyball program. He comes to Troy after spending the past six seasons with Georgia and three seasons before that with Alabama.
