Snow Day!!

Sunday was a beautiful day in a different kind of way.
Snow! Snow in Troy, Alabama!
The picture above is a shot of the Trojans Softball Complex in the height of the snowfall, and the experience was a unique one for all in the Troy area.
Everywhere one could turn there were people out enjoying a snow day that rarely happens in this area.
Friends were pelting each other with snow balls, people were taking pictures and everybody had a blast for a few hours of the day.
The snow melted away a few short hours later, but the memories of the day will last a lifetime for some.
For me, It was the first time I have ever seen snow fall from the sky.
I have seen snow on the ground of course, but falling from the sky was a first for me.
I had a great time, and I felt like a kid again.
Now let's get some warm weather for the heart of softball and baseball season!
