Trojans Fall in Regular Season Finale

MOBILE, Ala. - The Troy University Trojans men's tennis team fell in their final regular season match, 4-3, to Southeastern Louisiana in a non-conference match Thursday afternoon at the Bruce David Lubel Memorial
Courts on the campus of the University of South Alabama.
Troy (5-12) lost the doubles point to Southeastern Louisiana (16-7), after the Lions swept all three doubles matches.
In doubles play, Ondrej Krivka and Matthieu Leboucher defeated Troy's Mario Silva and Bastian Maucher, 8-4 at number one, while at number two Southeastern's team of
Vladimir Paunic and freshman Julien Roussel recorded an 8-5
victory over Troy's Benjamin Chomette and Guilherme Sahadi. The Lion freshman pair of Alexis Biarneix and Pavol Derkay completed
the doubles sweep with an 8-6 victory over Diego Martinez and Andrey Morozov at number three.
Paunic, Krivka and Biarneix earned straight set singles victories for
the Lions, offsetting Trojan singles triumphs at the number two, four and six
positions.
