Weekend Weather Alters Schedule

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - Due to weekend showers and thunderstorms expected in the area, the Troy University men's and women's tennis programs have been forced to alter their schedules.
Both teams were scheduled to face Tennessee Tech on Saturday morning, but those matches have been canceled due to the inclement weather expected to hit the area Friday night and into Saturday morning. However, the Trojans matches against Murray State University scheduled for Sunday morning at 9 am are still expected to be played according to the Murray State website.
The Troy (5-7) women will be in search of their second consecutive victory against Murray State (6-3) Sunday when they hit the courts. They will also be in search of the fourth victory in their last five matches dating back to last week - with the only loss coming at the hands of Louisiana-Lafayette.
Meanwhile, the Troy (4-6) men will be in search of their second consecutive victory when they hit the courts Sunday morning, and look to keep Murray State (0-5) winless on the season.
