Trojans to Host Conference Champion UCF

The Golden Knights (17-7, 15-2) have clinched the top spot in the conference and the No. 1 seed in the A-Sun tournament, leaving the remainder of the field battling to be No. 2. The Trojans (10-13, 9-7 A-Sun) are in a tie with Stetson for fourth place, just one-half game behind third-place Georgia State and one game behind Lipscomb.
Troy is coming off a two-game road trip to Florida, where the Trojans fell at Jacksonville and Stetson.
The Trojans and Golden Knights met in Orlando on Jan. 8 with UCF coming away with a 55-43 win. The Trojans shot an uncharacteristic 28.6 percent from the floor in that loss.
The Trojans are led by Laura Lee Holman who is averaging 13.5 points per game. Amy Lewis is second in scoring with 12.8 points per game. Holman ranks ninth and Lewis ranks 12th in the conference in scoring. Alecia Jones and Audrey Muse are leading the Trojans in rebounding with 6.6 and 6.5 rebounds per game, respectively. Kerri Fiehrer leads the A-Sun in assists with 5.61 per game. She also leads the A-Sun with a 2.43 assist-to-turnover ratio. The Trojans lead the conference in shooting percentage, shooting 41.2 percent from the floor.
Celeste Hudson leads UCF with 11.7 points per game, ranking 16th in the conference. Shelby Weber leads the Knights with 6.6 rebounds per game, eighth in the conference.
