TROY, Alabama – The defending Sun Belt Conference champion Troy football team is less than two weeks away from wrapping up spring practice with its annual T-Day Spring Game in The Vet in conjunction with Letterwinners & Hall of Fame Weekend. Free to all fans, T-Day is scheduled to kickoff at 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 21.

In addition to the action on the field, the Sound of the South, Troy cheerleaders and T-Roy will all be on hand to enhance the gameday atmosphere. Concessions will also be available during the game.

Before T-Day kicks off at noon, all children aged 4-12 are invited to take part in the inaugural Future Trojans Football Camp. Registration for the free camp begins at 9:30 a.m. at Gate 1 and the one-hour camp begins promptly at 10 a.m. Parents are encouraged to stay at The Vet during the camp to watch their children take part in all the festivities.

The Trojan Warrior Fund will be hosting a free tailgate in Tailgate Terrace for all former football letterwinners and T-Club members from 11 a.m. until kickoff of T-Day.

Fans will have an opportunity to experience the new video board on the North End Zone Facility and can participate in a special select a seat for season tickets during T-Day. Fans who purchase or renew their season tickets during T-Day will qualify for a replica Sun Belt Conference championship ring.

Letterwinners Weekend gets underway on Friday, April 20, with the Letterwinner / Senior Banquet at 7 p.m. in the Stadium Club at The Vet. The banquet is open to all former football letterwinners. The football program will host a Champions Brunch on Saturday beginning at 8:30 a.m. for only former football letterwinners. The weekend culminates with the induction of eight new members into the Troy University Sports Hall of Fame at 7 p.m. Saturday in Trojan Arena. Limited seats remain for the event and can be reserved by contacting Helen Shirey at 334-670-3482.
